What you will do

- Define and implement the overall strategy for business analysis within the organization.
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
- Ensure integration of business analysis with other business and IT processes.
- Oversee key business analysis initiatives, ensuring they deliver value and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business analysis activities with broader business strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.

What we are looking for

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, focusing on efficient business solution delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific business processes.
- Advanced IT and business infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong experience in enterprise-level system analysis and business solution integration.
- Expertise in both strategic business planning and operational analysis.
- Skilled in facilitating high-level business and stakeholder meetings.
- Expert in assessing business risks and benefits of different solutions.
- Advanced level of English.
