We?re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Representative to help us identify, recruit, and engage with the best candidates for our clients.

What You'll Do:
Source and identify top talent through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates? qualifications and cultural fit.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the best match between candidates and roles.
Track and manage candidate progress using our recruitment tools and systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve your approach.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job requisitions simultaneously.
Goal-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal job.
English B2 or higher.
Own PC or laptop with a stable internet connection.
