Talent Representative at BairesDev

We are looking for a Talent Representative to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for contacting candidates of various profiles required by BairesDev and its clients and attracting them to the company's selection process. We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with strong organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What you will do:

- Build relationships with candidates through various professional networks.
- Contact candidates and persuade them to meet with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, confirming their expectations and current information (availability, salary expectations).
- Share data with the recruiting and staffing team.
- Work with the team manager to prioritize the various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Here?s what we are looking for:

- Good communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant change.
- Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques (a plus)
- Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
