C++ Architect at BairesDev

As a C++ Architect, shape the software architecture and future direction of our C++ based applications, utilizing your deep expertise in C++ and system design. Your role focuses on creating scalable and robust software architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading development teams to build innovative and efficient solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

What you will do

- Architect comprehensive C++ software solutions, incorporating best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the assessment and adoption of advanced C++ frameworks and tools to enhance development capabilities.
- Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for C++ development across the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership on complex C++ projects, solving challenging technical problems.
- Mentor and guide development teams in advanced C++ techniques and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align C++ development strategies with business objectives and technology trends.

What we are looking for

- 8+ years of experience with C++.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
