Wordpress Agent

Job Description

- Install and customize WordPress themes to meet client or project requirements.
- Update content (text, images, videos) within WordPress
- Install, activate, and update WordPress plugins, understanding their impact on site performance and security.
- Perform troubleshooting of WordPress issues, including site backups and recovery, by receiving calls from website owners.
- Make calls to the clients to make sure the edits are correct.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate additional web technologies and ensure website functionality and accessibility.
- Assist in maintaining site security by implementing best practices and working with security plugins.
- Monitor website performance and report on metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes.
- This position is for inbound and outbound calls.

Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of WordPress, including themes and plugin management.
- Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JAVA).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and updates within WordPress and related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish. (Advance)
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative on projects.
- Relevant education or training in web development, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
