Virtual Assistant - Sales And Marketing

Position Summary?

Panama Outsource Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support a sales and marketing teams through targeted data mining and lead research for one of our established clients.?This position is a mostly researched based role. Some phone work may be required to confirm information, but you will not taking calls or on a queue. This position is well suited for someone who is a strong researcher and doesn?t want to be on the phones all day.

Key Responsibilities?

Data Mining & Lead Research?

- Research and compile Board Member contact information for HOA and community association boards using publicly available resources, including state Secretary of State websites, TREC Management Certificates, county appraisal districts, and people-finding tools such as ?

- Cross-reference multiple data sources to verify the accuracy and completeness of contact records, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.?

- Identify?key decision-makers within target community associations across selected markets

CRM & Data Management?

- Accurately enter, update, and?maintain?lead and contact records in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and consistency.?

- Organize and tag records by market, association type, and outreach status to support sales team workflows.?

- Flag duplicate records, outdated information, and data quality issues for resolution.?

Sales & Marketing Support?

- Collaborate with business development representatives to prioritize research based on target markets and campaign needs.?

- Support marketing campaigns by providing clean, segmented contact lists for email and direct mail outreach.?

- Track and report on research output and data quality metrics on a regular basis.?

Market Expansion Research?

- Assist?in?identifying?prospective community associations in new and emerging markets.?

- Research state-specific regulatory databases and filing requirements to support market entry efforts.?

The ideal candidate will consistently deliver?accurate, well-organized contact data that enables our sales team to engage the right decision-makers efficiently. You will be expected to?maintain?a steady research output, proactively flag data quality issues, and adapt to shifting market priorities as the company grows into new territories.?

Job Location

This job will begin in person in our Obarrio office. Candidates should be able to make the commute regularly without tardiness or absences. After the probationary period, team members may be eligible to work from home, provided they are meeting client performance requirements and have a work from home set up that meets company IT Requirements. Work from Home is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Requisitos:
Required?

- 1+ years of experience in data mining, lead generation, virtual?assistance, or a similar research-intensive role.?

- Proficiency?in navigating public records databases, including Secretary of?State?business filings, property records, and regulatory certificate portals.?

- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.?

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and completeness.?

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume research tasks independently.

- Excellent written and spoken English?

Preferred?

- Familiarity with the community association management or property management industry.?

- Experience with people-search tools such as?WhitePages,?TruePeopleSearch, or similar platforms.?

- Experience supporting sales or business development teams in a B2B context.?


Beneficios $ 900/month

Retention bonuses offered at 6 months ($250) and 1 year ($400).
