Responsibilities:
- Support day to day activities on warehousing, system entry to DC in the US.
- The factory sends and they coordinate the entry of these products into warehouse.
- In this role, you have the opportunity to support the physical distribution activities for our distribution centers in North America
- ??????Supporting daily inbound activities of the Distribution Center (DC) including priority setting and executing corrective processes for exceptions
- Executing daily checks of interfaces between SAP/Infodis/LSP systems. Ensuring stock in SAP is in line with the stock in WMS.
- Supporting the rework activities of stocks.
- Perform assigned warehousing activities considering business needs and compliance of company policies and external regulations (transportation, customs, etc.)
- Assisting in continuous improvement or process harmonization initiatives since you're a part of The Global Business Support (GBS) Team reporting into the Warehousing and Distribution Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing or transportation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, transport, logistics or similar roles.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Proactive and curious mindset Good communication skills
- Hability to prioritize
