Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in preparing our new hires providing training on FDCPA law, HIPAA regulations, and call techniques best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering engaging training programs, monitoring trainee performance, offering constructive feedback and coaching, and continuously refining training materials and methodologies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our new hires, covering topics such as company induction, FDCPA law and HIPAA regulations and effective communication techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents, focusing on performance enhancement and skill development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Utilize training software and tools effectively to enhance the learning experience and track progress.

Qualifications:

- 1 year experience as a Trainer or in a similar role within a call center environment.
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations, FDCPA law, HIPAA regulations, and industry best practices is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools to create interactive and engaging training materials.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in the collection industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
