Summary

Supports the training department by facilitating new hires and continuing education training, testing, and predicting performance, and reaching specified account key performance indicators using curriculum and materials specialized to an account.

Main responsibilities

- Conducts new hire training in a classroom or virtual setting.
- Conducts continuous education or up-training sessions.
- Completes monthly phone time requirements as established by the regional training leader. Reports on the progress of assigned projects to the Training Manager.
- Maintains positive, consistent communication with departments and corporate staff.
- Maintains ongoing dialogue with department heads as needed.
- Assists training and other functional departments with any other necessary functions.

Qualifications

- Previous proven training/teaching experience required with the ability to grasp cultural nuances across different regions.
- Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency of presentation and listening skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques and best practices in training delivery.
- Advanced English level (oral & written), CEFR Level C1-C2.
- Capable to work at home and on-site. No restriction having rotative schedules (AM/PM/Midnight shift), including weekends.
