- Collaborate with the sales team to support customers in pre-sale activities, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Present, position, and demonstrate IT technologies and solutions to prospective customers, articulating clear business value.
- Represent Huawei IT business at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars, focusing on areas such as cloud, storage, and more.
- Understand customer requirements and engage with their technical teams.
- Assess customer technical storage, computing, and cloud environments to evaluate current and future needs, and recommend suitable IT products and solutions with technical highlights.
- Establish and maintain trusted technical relationships with channel partners, working on go-to-market strategies for specific customer markets, including technical training, solution designs, quotations, joint marketing events, and more.
Requisitos:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent understanding, fast response, efficient follow-up, and timely completion of scheduled work.
- Strong willingness to learn new ICT technologies and apply them in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Desire to grow personally in the information technology industry, engage and maintain technical customer relationships, and develop the ICT market as a specialist.
