Technical Lead React y PHP

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with expertise in React and PHP to guide our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JavaScript, React, and PHP, along with proficiency in AWS.

Responsabilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building high-quality software solutions using React and PHP.
- Architect and design scalable and maintainable applications that meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
- Monitor application performance and scalability, identifying areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in React, PHP, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience overall
- Previous experience in software development as a developer
- Strong tech project process knowledge, and criteria
- Upper intermediate English level - B2 or superior
