JOB SUMMARY

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support via phone, emails or chat, to customers who have any technical related issue with their product. You?re literally the voice of the brand and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers is assured with you!

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide technical support to clients via inbound calls, email or chat services.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
- Guide clients through corrective steps, until they?ve solved a technical issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Accurately document and update records in required systems.
- Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

- Advanced English communications skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma and/or Highest Level of Education Certification/Diploma.
- National or foreigner with a valid work permit.

Preferred

- Tech savvy and passionate for everything tech!
- Previous technical support experience and/or call center experience.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
