Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Act as a resource for new hires
- Take Supervisor Calls.
- Report daily team attendance to Collections Supervisors, Operations Manager and Director of Operations.
- Track team production, files worked, and stats for the team
- Providetalk-offs and handle escalated calls for the team.

Requirements

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Manage employees ethically and fairly while still being firm and enforcing company rules
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
