Are you passionate about talent acquisition and seeking a dynamic role in the heart of Panama City? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and assisting with the hiring process. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate recruitment events, maintain candidate databases, and support HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. (Oral and written)
1+ year of work experience in recruitment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
