We?re seeking a Senior Financial Accounting Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis skills to join our partner in delivering high-impact reporting and dashboard solutions within the accounting domain. This is a customer-facing, consultative role ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys understanding business problems in context and proposing smart, scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with financial stakeholders to gather requirements and understand broader business problems.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to support financial reporting and dashboarding (not development).
- Translate accounting and financial concepts into actionable insights and reports.
- Act as a consultative resource?identify dependencies, propose solutions, and anticipate downstream impact of data/reporting changes.
- Implement and lead accounting data/reporting solutions from requirements through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams, aligning to Pacific Time Zone as needed.

Key Qualifications
- Strong Accounting Domain Knowledge ? experience in financial accounting is essential.
- Intermediate SQL skills ? ability to write complex queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Consultative Mindset ? must be comfortable working directly with clients, asking the right questions, and driving to solutions.
- Experience in dashboarding and reporting;not ETL or development.
- Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
- English fluency required.
- Previous experience working with U.S. clients preferred.
