Huawei is looking for a Solar Energy Channel Sales Expert to join our Latin America Team

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the relationship with solar inverter partners, and leverage latest technologies and solution from Huawei to train and improve partners & apos.
- Help partners transform and build strong solar business with Huawei for their solution, and support the partners' core business growth at the market Recruit and enable partners and installers to deploy/integrate/well architect partner solution on Huawei, drive the win-win business for partners and their customers in Huawei.
- Evangelize Huawei Fusion solar in LAR market to help solar partners and their installers to startup jointly build solutions.
- Be the interface from Huawei to lead and coordinate the initiative with partners.
- Develop new partner collaboration model in dynamic industry/technical verticals, and help partners go global market.
Requirements

- 5 years working experience in solar Business industry
- English advanced is required
- 3 years of partner business development or installers sales experience, deliver result and able to meet the assigned sales target.
- Good professional networking and customer/partner relationship in LAR market, especially with solar distribution and Diesel Generator (DG) companies.
- Ability to think big and work creatively to develop joint value propositions on cross-functions within Huawei and in the ecosystem partner organization.
Business Skills

- The right person must have strong customer obsession and ownership: Accept frequent business travel and create customer/installer contact database for sales. Interested? Please send us your CV in English.

- Proficient in using office software
- Traveling around 50% in LATAM.
