GLESEC is seeking a bilingual, client-facing Senior Security Consultant to join our Panama office. This role supports LATAM and U.S. clients across pre-sales, technical service implementation, strategic advisory, and ongoing client relationship management.
- Support and lead Proof of Value (pre-sales and validation phases).
- Implement and tune GLESEC platforms contracted services based on client?s rules of engagement
- Participate in all scheduled client meetings (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Act as a technical liaison to Account Managers and internal delivery teams.
- Translate findings into actionable reports and strategic recommendations.
- Support service expansion and client retention strategies.
- Document service activities and client interactions using GLESEC platforms.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal training content
