Do you love turning good sales reps into top performers? Join and lead the training of our outbound sales teams selling to the U.S. and European markets.
What you?ll do
✅ Onboard and train new sales representatives
✅ Coach agents on cold calling, objection handling, and closing
✅ Monitor calls and give clear, actionable feedback
✅ Create scripts, playbooks, and training materials
✅ Track results and improve team KPIs and conversion
What we?re looking for
🔹 3+ years in outbound or call center sales
🔹 2+ years as a Sales Trainer, Coach, or Team Leader
🔹 Experience with the U.S. market
🔹 Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish
🔹 CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce)
🔹 Strong leadership and presentation skills
🔹 Based in Panama with legal work authorization
