We are seeking a driven and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support executive-level outreach and accelerate engagement with organizations across the United States and Latin America.

This role is central to strengthening relationships, coordinating meetings, supporting follow-up for strategic opportunities, and helping expand our presence throughout the Americas.

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured outreach via email, phone, and WhatsApp across US and LATAM.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups for senior leadership.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements.
- Build rapport with executives and maintain consistent, professional communication.
- Research organizations, identify decision-makers, and prepare outreach lists.
- Track activities, maintain accurate records, and deliver concise weekly reports.
- Assist in targeted outreach campaigns across multiple sectors and regions.
- Attend selected meetings and events to understand messaging and positioning.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluent Spanish and strong English.
- Prior experience in sales development, prospect engagement, or corporate outreach.
- Confidence interacting with senior professionals and executives.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Panama City.

Preferred
- Background in technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise services.
- Experience using CRM systems or structured outreach tools.
- Proven track record in meeting scheduling or lead generation.
