We're looking for a Sales and CRM Coordinator in Panama City (in-person, full-time) for GTM Partners.
No closing. No cold prospecting. We generate the leads. Your job is to make sure none of them fall through the cracks.
What you´ll do
- Own the sales CRM: leads, deals, tasks and next steps always up to date
- Follow up with prospects and clients by phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Book and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Spot stalled deals and get them moving again
- Give management a clear, real-time view of the pipeline
What you bring
- Fluent or near-native English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on CRM experience (Monday.com is a plus; HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho also count) required
- Background in sales coordination, inside sales, account management, customer success or BDR
- Comfortable calling executives and following up with confidence
- Organized, disciplined and proactive
