Regional Service Center Agent
We are looking for RSC Agents.
Serve the company's clients, suppliers and Brokers by telephone and by mail using the tools provided, with high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Responsible for maintaining the Service Center case log.
- Take calls from Brokers, policyholders and medical providers to resolve your questions.
- Management of call center tools. Process requirements by country and with the tools provided.
- Have high customer service, study and learn medical terms to be able to handle cases and incoming calls.
- Manage cases via email, chat and calls.
- Participate in meetings and/or training, give recommendations, ideas or solutions to possible problems that arise.
Competencies:
Advanced English
Intermediate MS Office
Analysis and Numerical skills
2 years of experience in customer service (call centers, hospitals, hotels)
Rotative Work shift Monday to Sunday, one day off during the week
