Regional Product Trainer
Position Mission:
Ensure the development of technical and commercial knowledge of the technology and home appliance product portfolio through the planning, coordination, and execution of effective training programs that strengthen the competencies of internal staff, promoters, distributors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and commercial training sessions on TV, audio, and home appliance products for promoters, internal staff, clients, distributors, and sales teams.
- Ensure effective communication during training sessions by adapting content according to the type of audience.
- Demonstrate fast learning ability and mastery of the features, benefits, and specifications of the full product portfolio at the regional level.
- Develop and deliver dynamic and professional public presentations.
- Maintain technical reading and comprehension skills in English to interpret manuals, technical sheets, and product materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years delivering training to promoters and sales representatives in TV, home appliance, and air conditioning categories.
- Advance level of English, with the ability to understand technical and commercial materials.
- Ongoing university studies.
- Demonstrated experience in product training, presentation, and demonstration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and group management skills.
