Summary
This position is responsible for the efficient and professional management of incoming telephone calls and visitors. The role includes greeting and assisting office guests in a courteous manner, notifying appropriate personnel, and performing general administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the assigned location;notify appropriate personnel of their arrival.
- Create employee ID badges, manage visitor sign-ins, and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Receive incoming packages and notify relevant personnel of deliveries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, as required.
- Screen and route phone calls to the correct departments or individuals promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experienceas a receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work on-site.
- Advanced English level (B2), preferred.
