Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate calls, emails, and other interactions to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in quality control.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA reporting tools.
