Project Manager
Overview
InterConnecta, a Zoho Premium Partner, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager Functional Analyst to lead Zoho projects from planning to execution while aligning business needs with technical solutions. This hybrid role merges the strategic leadership of a Project Manager with the detail-oriented and analytical expertise of a Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles from scoping through post-deployment support within defined scope, budget, and timeline.?
- Define project goals, create detailed project plans, and conduct comprehensive scoping exercises.?
- Conduct risk assessments and manage scope changes and project issues.?
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle ? managing expectations, and ensuring a consistently professional experience.?
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Business Analysis & Client Engagement
- Analyze and document client business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE, ERD, flowcharts).?
- Propose tailored Zoho solutions aligned with business objectives.?
- Translate business needs into system requirements.?
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Zoho Platform Implementation & Customization
- Configure and customize Zoho apps: CRM, Creator, and Deluge. Experience with Books, Projects, People, Flow, and Analytics is appreciated.?
- Automate workflows and build integrations using REST APIs, SQL, and Deluge scripting.?
- Ensure solution performance, usability, and seamless integration with existing processes.?
- Coordinate unit testing with developers and conduct user acceptance and regression testing.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, Sales, and Finance.?
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across remote, international teams.?
- Provide mentorship and project guidance to analysts and developers.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Conduct testing and validation of all configurations and integrations. You will be directly
responsible for ensuring all deliverables are thoroughly tested before deployment.?
- Maintain detailed documentation: project plans, status updates, change requests, and lessons learned.?
- Implement and follow project management best practices (Agile/Scrum) and compliance standards.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.?
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.?
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.?
- 3+ years of hands-on Zoho platform experience, including CRM, Creator, and Deluge.
Technical Skills
- Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio).?Proficiency in automation and modeling tools
- Advanced SQL and database management knowledge.?
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Deluge scripting.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships in a consulting or professional services environment?
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.?
- Attention to detail and effective time management.?
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, remote environment.?
- Team collaboration and leadership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms is appreciated.?

Languages Required
Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory (spoken and written). Candidates without advanced proficiency in both will not be considered.
Location: Lima, Peru or Panama (occasional travel may be required)
