Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to support a busy professional and their family. This role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating health and fitness activities, overseeing travel and household tasks, and supporting family logistics.

Responsibilities

- Schedule Management: Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
- Health and Fitness Coordination: Assist in managing health-related activities and fitness schedules.
- Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans and necessary arrangements.
- Household Oversight: Help coordinate activities related to the upkeep and management of the household.
- Family Support: Assist with family and childcare-related logistics.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in a personal assistant or management role.
- Education: Relevant educational background is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in English.
- Personal Attributes: High level of discretion, reliability, flexibility, and exceptional organizational skills are crucial.
- Languages: English and Spanish
