Payments Processing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Payments Processing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the payments processing field. As a Payments Processing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payment processes, ensuring accurate transaction tracking, and assisting with various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of intermediate functions (IF statements, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment flows and resolve any issues.
- Provide support for payment-related inquiries and assist with process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Language: Intermediate English skills (conversational level) - MUST HAVE
- Excel: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including experience with IF functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas - MUST HAVE
- Experience: Previous experience in payments processing is preferred (6 months to 1 year).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
