We are looking for a Payments Processing Analyst who is detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel (including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP) and will play a crucial role in processing payments related to marketing needs and customer sales incentive payouts. This role requires someone who is committed, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

- Process and track payments for marketing initiatives and customer sales incentive payouts.
- Ensure all payments are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report on payment data, utilizing formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP for data manipulation and analysis.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any issues or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update payment records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reports and transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal teams, management, and other stakeholders, providing insights on payment trends and statuses.
- Continuously seek to improve payment processing workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc financial tasks related to marketing and sales incentives as needed.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP to manage and analyze data.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken formats.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of payment processing.
- Responsible and reliable, with a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
- Eagerness to contribute and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in payments processing, order management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Training: On-the-job training will be provided to help you develop the skills required for this position.
