We are looking for a Medical Scheduling Specialist to join our team. If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, this opportunity is for you!
Duties and essential responsibilities:
 - Coordinate and manage medical appointments efficiently.
 - Handle patient phone calls and emails.
 - Update and maintain up-to-date appointment records.
 - Multitasks while maintaining great customer service.
 - Communicates with patients and physician staff
Requirements:
 - Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
 - Organization and attention to detail.
 - Medical and Insurance Vocabulary/ Technical terms.
