Marketing Specialist / Medical Technologist (Bilingual ? English Required)
🎯 Job Objective
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies while acting as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and the sales team. Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing activities, market intelligence initiatives, product applications, and promotional campaigns with the purpose of enhancing the company?s brand image and increasing customer satisfaction.
🔹 Main Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify market behavior and trends within the Clinical Diagnostics segment from various information sources.
- Incorporate additional data sources that provide complementary or more accurate insights.
- Classify and organize gathered information to create and maintain databases that reflect market performance.
- Develop marketing strategies through the analysis of economic indicators, supply and demand shifts, customer profiles and needs, and competitive activity.
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market research data.
- Influence current and future products by identifying and evaluating present and emerging market trends.
- Maintain a research database by identifying and compiling relevant marketing information.
- Negotiate with international suppliers to create new strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Incorporate new diagnostic methodologies such as molecular biology (hybridization and real-time PCR), immunohistochemistry, and clinical laboratory quality control processes.
- Install and implement diagnostic equipment, provide technical product support to customers, and participate in sales and marketing planning.
- Organize and conduct product workshops and continuing education sessions for clients.
- Plan, execute, and follow up on results from congresses, trade shows, and conferences with marketing purposes.
- Formulate comprehensive and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new or ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market studies to identify customer needs for existing and future products.
- Perform other related or complementary tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
⚙️ Candidate Profile
- Degree in Medical Technology.
- Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare or clinical diagnostics industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Knowledge of clinical diagnostic equipment, laboratory processes, and emerging technologies.
- Experience negotiating with international suppliers and managing cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High level of initiative, organization, and customer orientation.
