Legal Specialist

Multinational technology company, specialist in providing information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, telecommunications equipment and consumer electronic products.

- Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations in Latin American countries.
- Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of International Contracts.
- Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates for Latin American countries.
- Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns for Latin American countries.
- Communication with Regulatory Authorities with for Latin American countries.
- Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels.
- Support in promoting the Compliance Program for Latin American countries.
- Collaboration with the HQ Legal Team.
- Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.
- Providing other legal consultancy service for business departments in Latin America.

Requisitos:
- Law bachelor degree.
- Working experience 3+ years. The legal working experiences in supporting 2C (to-consumer)/ B2B(to business), technological and Internet company or the law firm focusing on TMT (Telecommunication, Cloud, Media and Technology) areas is preferable.
- Profession areas: consumer protection law, data protection law, civil and commercial law, etc.
- Business skill: excellent at legal writing, commercial negotiation and legal research.
- Language: Fluent English both oral and written.
- Others: - Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-regional environment;
- Desire to work on a broad range of legal matters;
- Open-minded, hands-on and flexible mindset
- Excellent at team communication and cooperation
