IT Specialist (System Administrator)

Empire Management Group is seeking a talented and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. As a Sys Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technology operations, particularly in the realm of homeowners and condominium associations.

The main activities for this position are:

- Install, configure, and maintain network servers, operating systems, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Ensure device compliance with organizational security policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- May provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power Automate workflows effectively.
- Document system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with Azure and Intune Management
- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Azure (EntraID)
- 365 Administration Center
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to safeguard systems from cyber threats. This includes knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption techniques.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Azure CLI) is a plus.
