Job Title: Implementation Support Specialist
Location: On-Site Role in Obarrio, Panama City, Panama
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you?ll help roll out new systems, document workflows, train users, and provide follow-up support to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
You?ll collaborate closely with our
Operations and Technology departments to understand business needs, test solutions, and help ensure that every implementation is properly executed, documented, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of new systems, features, and process updates across departments.
- Assist with data migration, testing, and validation during implementation projects.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials in an organized and accessible way.
- Provide post-implementation support by gathering feedback and helping resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Training teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Track and report implementation progress, flagging risks and improvement areas.
What We?re Looking For
Experience:
- 2? 4 years of experience in implementation, operations, or system support.
- Background in Automations, Monday.com or similar platforms is a great plus.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with technical systems, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
- Proactive problem-solver who can multitask and stay calm under pressure.
