Healthcare Information Systems Consultant PL/SQL and English Mandatory!
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Assists with identification and documentation of business and technical needs, objectives, and challenges.
Participate in project calls with customers and act as a subject-matter expert on software solutions.
Interact with customers regularly with limited supervision, solves most customer issues without additional assistance, and provides consultancy, training, and support.
Assist with the design of new solutions of medium complexity.
Install and configure company software (Clinical/Hospital/ Information Systems, integration engines, etc.)
Create user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
Participate in the technical support queue to resolve customer issues and answer their questions.
Interact in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural working team, being able to learn from others (give and receive feedback).
Good experience in problem-solving of issues on the application layer (critical/logical thinking).
II - TECHNICAL SKILLS
A MUST!!!
PL/SQL Knowledge and working experience (tables, DB links, primary/foreign keys, etc.).
Expert on MS office tools (excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, Teams).
Desirable knowledge of:
DB (Oracle, SqlServer, etc.)
Application Server?s (Jboss, Weblogic)
Pentaho, PowerBI (or another BI/Analytics tool).
Java, J2EE, Hibernate, XML, JSP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Webservices, SOAP.
Other technical qualifications
- Informatics Engineering/Degree in Computer Science.
- 2+ years as a software engineer required.
- Required spoken English (B1/B2 Level).
- Experience in Healthcare is a major plus.
Other soft-skills qualifications (desirable)
Able to provide a clear and concise explanation of business strategy, technical concepts, designs, or implementation to a nontechnical audience.
Good level of communication; technical, interaction with other team members and customers/providers/vendors, etc.
Interested in establishing and taking care of interpersonal relationships.
Emotional intelligence, awareness of his/her mood and own reactions, frustrations, etc.
Sense of responsibility, self-motivation/autonomy, and honoring commitments.
Willingness to work in teams led by objectives.
Willingness to travel (25-50% of his/her time)
