Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet patients and visitors virtually, making them feel welcome and comfortable throughout their entire clinic experience.
- Assist with the registration process, verifying patient information, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and procedures, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure availability and streamline clinic workflow.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding appointment preparation, paperwork, and any necessary pre-visit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient flow and address any scheduling or service-related issues promptly.
- Assist in managing the clinic's appointment reminder system, contacting patients to confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed ones.
- Handle billing and insurance-related inquiries, ensuring patients are well-informed and assisting in resolving any concerns or issues.
- Demonstrate a positive and caring attitude towards patients, creating a warm and supportive environment.
