The overall responsibility for the Project Manager is to identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, costs, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. This applies to engagements with clients and internal projects of the company.
The Project Manager needs to have an Engineer, Science or equivalent degree and be certified Project Manager. The individual must be fluent in English and Spanish. The following are additional expected qualifications: leadership skills, interpersonal skills, decisiveness, problem-solving, ability to delegate effectively, time management. The candidate should have familiarity if not proficiency in Cybersecurity and in Software Development.
