eSync 360° is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team at our neurosurgery and pain management clinic. The ideal candidate will actively manage patient cases, liaise with referring law firms, and work directly with various departments to ensure the efficient operation and productivity of the entire team. Candidates with legal experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate patient cases from initial referral to resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms referring cases to our clinic.
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care and support.
- Work hands-on with the team and various departments daily, including intake, front desk, scheduler, guest liaison, and procedure coordinator.
- Measure team performance using KPIs and other metrics from various departments.
- Ensure all patient and case information is accurately documented and maintained.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Be responsible for managing cases and the productivity of the unit concerning procedures performed on a month-to-month basis.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in case management, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with legal professionals and an understanding of legal processes related to patient care.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to working with the team.
- Legal experience is a strong plus.
