Front Desk Receptionist
A well-established hotel in the area is currently seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist. This position plays a key role in welcoming guests and ensuring an excellent first impression.
Key Responsabilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, or special requests in a courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other internal departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.) is a plus ? training provided.
- Fluent in Spanish and basic/intermediate English (additional languages welcome).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
