Esync 360 | Medical Injection Coordinator

Are you highly organized, reliable, and great at keeping track of moving pieces, especially when patient care is on the line?

At eSync 360, we?re looking for a Medical Injection Coordinator to join our Panama City team and support the smooth scheduling and coordination of injection-based procedures for our clinic in the U.S.

This role is essential to making sure patients receive the right treatment at the right time with all the behind-the-scenes steps taken care of.

Your Mission:

- Coordinate and schedule patient procedures related to spinal injections, pain relief, and diagnostics
- Communicate directly with patients by explaining timelines, preparation steps, and answering questions
- Track approvals, follow-ups, and required documentation to keep every case on track
- Liaise with physicians, clinical staff, and U.S. operations to align calendars and workflow
- Ensure accuracy in scheduling and flag any issues before they become problems
- Provide compassionate guidance and timely updates to help patients feel informed and supported

You Have:

- Experience in medical coordination, procedure scheduling, or similar healthcare roles
- Strong attention to detail. You?re naturally organized and nothing gets past you
- Clear, confident communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive mindset. You don?t wait to be told what to fix

Availability to work full-time from our Panama City office
