English Teacher

Teach English to secondary students using an innovative approach that develops their language skills, critical thinking, and communication through creative, engaging, student-centered methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning & Design: Create units that incorporate cooperative learning, gamification, flipped classroom, task-based and project-based learning?all supported by immersive tools, interactive apps, and digital platforms.
- Dynamic Classroom Delivery: Facilitate debates, role plays, presentations, peer teaching, and hands on activities both onsite and online.
- Ongoing Assessment: Use oral checks, reflective journals, clear rubrics, and student self evaluation to monitor progress. Individualized Adaptation: Customize materials and approaches based on different levels, interests, and learning preferences .
- Tech Integration: Leverage educational apps, web resources, videos, and formative software tools to enrich lessons
- Collaborative Projects: Encourage group work and peer collaboration in and out of class.
- Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with families and colleagues to share progress and identify student needs.
- Professional Growth: Keep up with teaching innovations through courses, webinars, reading, and collaboration with other educators.

Requirements

- Education: Degree in English Philology, Education, TESOL/TEFL, or a related field.
- Language Level: English proficiency at C1?C2 (fluent speaking & academic writing).
- Experience: Ideally, at least 2?2 years teaching secondary school or similar settings.
