Salary

$ 900/month

Retention bonuses offered at 6 months and 1 year.

*Must have flexible hours* Job has different schedules including as late as 10pm US Central.

Job will be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.. Some positions will require working an ocassional Saturday (approximately once every 4-6 weeks), which will be paid as additional time.

Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for new members of our customer service team to support one of our customers at our back-office outsourcing center.

We are searching for strong English speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills. The position will involve scheduling appointments for notary services. Any experience in appointment scheduling or notary services is a strong plus.Experience in customer service is required.

The position will begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Once an employee has passed the probationary period, work from home will be offered should the employee meet customer productivity standards as well as company IT security standards. Work from home is a privilege and is not guaranteed.

Requirements:

Advanced English written and verbal skills. Fluent or near fluent English is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to successfully multitask

Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications

Flexible schedule is required as job has different shifts.

Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must
