- Develop content for internal communication channels (manage the content, tone and frequency of internal channels). Connect with leaders across the cluster to validate messages.
- The person will serve as the primary point of contact for the company's internal communication needs.
- Coordinate suppliers when necessary, for the development of planned activities.
- Establish, collect and analyze metrics/KPIs to improve internal communication initiatives. Report the results
- Local implementation of regional internal initiatives (regional cascading internal communication activities, aligned with the local strategy). Internal cross-sector activities: business alignment
- Execute and lead all internal communication initiatives/spaces.
- Develop and implement internal campaigns to involve our people in the company's priorities/relevant topics/corporate culture.
