Education Assistance
Principal responsibilities:
Logistical coordination of training and educational events
Tracking of purchase orders and administrative processes
Management of training materials and translations
Provide support in regional education and development initiatives
Coordination of trips, receipts and requirements of international participants
Principal requirements:
Completed o ongoing bachelor's degree in administrative, business, marketing or related areas
Minimum experience of 1 year as an administrative assistant or analyst
Intermediate English (Written and Conversational)
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Organized, proactive, dynamic profiles with excellent follow-up
Position Details:
On-site work at client offices
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Legally mandated benefits
Six-month temporary contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.
Occasional travel within Latin America required
