PROCESS SPECIALIST

Summary

Processing Center located in Panama City is looking for a detail-oriented Process Specialist, to verify information, manage OB calls, and process data/documents. This person organizes, uploads and updates data inputs into our systems according to the given tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be responsible of safe keeping information, analyzing and data processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide general functions commonly found in a back-office setting, such as: typing, emails, data entry, database, information processing and web-based navigation.
- Process data, inputting alphabetic and numeric information using an established procedure and through a detailed web-based interface.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete;purging files to eliminate duplicate data.
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements if identified.
- Maintain operations by following the company policies and with the requirements demanded by our internal and third-party clients.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills if in contact with clients, vendors, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results or stablished metrics as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage.

Competencies

- Readiness, flexibility, and commitment to complete tasks.
- Previous Backoffice experience is preferred.
- Typing / data entry skills (fast and accurate).
- Quick learner with attention to detail and a positive ?can do? attitude!
- Analytical thinking and confidentiality.
