About Us
Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support customers at our back-office outsourcing center. Customer Service Reps will be responsible for answering customer phone and email inquiries in both English and Spanish. The exact nature of the type of inquiries varies depending on the project, but questions relating to billing, payments, IT login and access issues, and overall service issues are common.
We are searching for bilingual English/Spanish speakers who are very personable and have strong customer service skills. Candidates should be comfortable handling both phone calls and emails. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Candidates with experience handling financial processes such as billing, account reconciliation, or collections are a plus.
EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDENCE IS A MUST.
All projects begin as full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Depending on the project, work from home may become available for high performing candidates after they have passed their probationary period and are meeting or exceeding expectations, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Schedules are client dependent, and based on US time. All will be around daytime schedules, but given that there is some variability, we are looking for candidates who have open schedules. All projects are Monday-Friday.
Requirements:
Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure
Must be able to successfully multitask
Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications
Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must
Prior experience in billing, financial projects, or collections is a plus.
