We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional support. Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to customers, and follow up to resolve any issues that impact the customers? experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Record and maintain customer interaction information in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide proactive and friendly customer support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with the team
Requirements
- Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama
- Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using Customer Support software and tools is a plus
- Advanced-Level English language skills
