- Review orders to completeness and accuracy.
- Attention to details in each form that is given
- Input customers purchase orders into the company's order processing system
- Ensure Project Management requested delivery date are timely and accurately updated in company's internal system
- Monitor order interface between commercial and factory kernels
- Interact with customers and KAM to confirm orders placement details
- Monitor the status of orders, from entry to confirmed delivery date is provided
- Maintain organized records of order related information
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel
- SAP knowledge is required
- Advanced english
- Experience with factory and purchase orders
Important Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Hybrid position
- Temporary position until December 2024
