Contract Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for managing and monitoring commercial contract fulfillment, including contract amendments, contract handover, contract risk management, invoicing, and payment collection follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage the fulfillment of contracts and purchase orders throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Monitor the process from Purchase Order receipt through Purchase Order confirmation and potential modifications.
- Manage contract changes and amendments.
- Monitor and follow up on risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain and timely update the Billing Trigger Plan.
- Follow up on the invoicing process to accelerate payments and accounts receivable collection.
- Monitor contract fulfillment status and ensure timely execution of contractual processes.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Service departments to resolve issues related to contracts and purchase orders.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure proper execution of commercial processes.
Required Experience
- 1?3 years of professional experience in commercial contracts or commercial management.
- Fluent English.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Knowledge of commercial management, contracts, legal matters, international trade, or finance.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications is an advantage.
- Experience reading and understanding commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of processes, tools, and procedures related to contract and commercial management.
- Strong communication and customer management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to work onsite and overtime when required.
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Preferred majors: Finance, Business Administration, International Trade, Law, or related fields.
