We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch HR services and have a keen eye for managing compensation and incentives, this role is perfect for you. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt and implement HR policies, processes, and solutions across various departments.
Provide expert HR support to business department directors and employees.
Develop and manage detailed policies for diversified and timely incentives.
Develop and operate appraisal processes and IT tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Support data management, calculation, and analysis for incentive solutions.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR, especially in compensation and benefits.
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
