Job description?
1. Deal Support
- Assist in banking product processes, including documentation preparation, internal approval procedure processing.
2. KYC & Compliance
- Execute KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, client onboarding, and periodic reviews.
- Maintain accurate client risk profiles in alignment with regulatory standards.
3. Operational Excellence
- Handle system processing, transaction processing, and data maintenance.
- Manage client documentation and digital archiving with accuracy.
4. Communication with clients.
- Respond in English/Spanish to clients locally and internationally requirement.
- Internal Procedure communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with ?2 years? experience are encouraged to apply.
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint essential).
- Language: Business fluency in English.
Preferred Attributes:
- Internship experience in banking, auditing, or corporate finance.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
